摘要
随着中国电信行业体制的变革,以网络为中心的电信运维过程正逐步向以客户为中心的方向转变。从电信运维管理技术手段上看,就是逐渐从网络管理向业务保障管理转变。本文通过引入ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library,信息技术基础设施库)理论在电信运维管理工作中的应用进行了分析。
With the reform of China telecom industry, the network-centered maintenance will gradually change to corresponding client-centered process. Accordingly, the direction of telecom network maintenance evolution has gradually been transformed from network management to service insurance management. In this article, ITIL（Information Technology Infrastructure Library） theory is applied in analyzing telecom network maintenance management.
