摘要
1993年1月至1996年12月,关节镜下钢丝内固定治疗胫骨髁间嵴骨折12例,其中Ⅱ°6例,Ⅲ°6例。常规膝关节前外侧入路进入关节镜检查,前内侧人路引入器械进行骨折两断端清创、复位。然后由胫骨粗隆两侧钻孔,分别引入细钢丝达关节内,通过撕脱骨折片基部,关节内套入,拉紧,由一端拉出钢丝达骨外,在骨外将两端拧紧,完成撕脱骨折片固定。然后石膏外固定6～12周。本组12例均愈合,功能佳,效果可靠,损伤小。
From January 1993 to June 19%, 12 cases with fracture of intercondylar eminence of the tibial were treated with internal fixation using wire by arthroscopy. Among the 12 patients, 5 cases in Ⅱ* and 7 cases in Ⅲ*. Arthroscopic routine incision, arthroscope in anterolateral and appliances that do debridement and reduction in anteromedial.Making drill in bilateral of the tubenasity of tibial, leading thin wire into the joint respectively, passing through the base of the fracture pieces, pulling the wire out of the bone and tightening two ends of the wire.External fixation with plaster for 6 weeks to 12 weeks, 12 cases were healed and got excellent function. This method is reliable and minor injure.
