脑出血术后配合头部亚低温及低温盐水灌流的临床观察与护理 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察应用局部亚低温及低温盐水灌流对脑出血微创术后患者的临床疗效。方法将120例脑出血微创术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组按常规处理,观察组在常规治疗的基础上配合局部亚低温及血肿腔低温盐水灌流,治疗开始前及治疗后14,28,90 d进行神经功能缺损评分,并比较两组病例之间的病死率和有效率。结果观察组的神经功能评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病死率低于对照组(P<0.05);有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论局部亚低温及低温盐水灌流可促进脑出血患者的神经功能恢复,降低病死率,并可明显改善预后。
