摘要
针对辽河油田超稠油加热降粘工艺存在能耗过高的问题,在张一块超稠油井进行了掺活性水降粘工艺试验,结果表明,在30%含水率高凝稠油中添加0.0125%的LJ-2乳化降粘剂与LH-XIV复配后,使含水高凝稠油在管道静态混合器和油泵的剪切作用下,形成相对稳定的O/W型乳状液,当剪切速率超过20s-1时,可以进行管道的乳化降粘输送。采用掺活性水降粘技术可减少燃料费用。
Based on the issue that viscosity reduction technology for ultra-heavy oil with heating technique willresult in higher energy loss,a test of viscosity reduction technology by blending active water performed inZhang Yikuai ultra-heavy oil in Liaohe Oilfield is carried out.Results show that after 0.0125%of the LJ-2emulsion is added into a heavy oil with 30%water content and formulated with LH-XIV compound,and thehigh water heavy oil is treated with static mixer and pump shear,the O/W emulsion is formed,which isrelatively stable and suitable for pipelining when the shear rate is over 20 1/s.It is considered that thetechnologyof blending active water can reduce fuel cost in oil production and decrease energy consumptiongreatly.
