分析了兰成渝成品油管道在线检定质量流量计过程中的影响因素,即流量的影响、压力的影响、阻尼系数的影响以及小型体积管活塞运行次数对检定重复性的影响等,列举了采用体积管法检定质量流量计计算通过体积管的实际液体体积公式,指出了采用体积管配振动管密度计在线检定质量流量计还需要注意的问题。

Influence factors to the on-lin calibration process of Coriolis Mass Fl0wmeter(CMS)in Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Products Oil Pipeline.The Influence factors inlude the influence of flow,the influenceof pressure,the influence of damping coefficient and the times of piston running of commpact proverinfluencing on the testing repetition.This paper gives the formulas used to calculate the volume of theliquid which goes through provers actually and the testing of CMS by prover.In is pointed out that theproblem needed to pay attention to that CMS is tested on the pipeline by prover with vibration tubedensimeter.
