摘要
针对油库收发油过程中存在的溢油问题,研制了一种完全依靠输送流体自身压力实现对油罐液位进行控制的自力式控制阀。介绍了自力式液位控制装置的基本工作原理,并对液位控制阀关闭过程中的水击特性进行了分析。
In the light of oil overflow problem during tank loading and unloading process,an automatic valveoperating on its self-pressure of the fluid transported is developed,which can realize an automatic control oftank level.The basic working principle of the valve is introduced and the characteristic of water hammer produced during valve shutdown is analyzed in the paper.
