摘要
制度变迁是对人们之间利益格局的重新调整,利益冲突不可避免。我国教师流动制度的创建也必然会引发相关利益主体间的利益冲突。为此,政府必须建立相应的利益协调机制,以有效化解存在着的各种利益冲突,从而保障教师流动制度能够顺利的建立、推行与实施。
Institutional change is a pattern of interests re-adjustment between different people, interests-conflicts are inevitable. There exist interests-conflicts between different people in the process of creating the teacher mobile institution. Our government must establish the interests-coordination mechanism to resolve the conflicts of interests effectively, in order to protect the teacher mobile institution can be established and implemented smoothly.
