This paper mostly introduces the status quo of QC in Laigang, putting forward the concept of under the new development situation of iron and steel industry and relying on the technical supporting system, stepping up in a sustained way the capability of providing a quality guarantee for making Laigang stronger by adopting the new moves such as taking the road of scientific and technical quality testing, advancing Six Sigma Management and strengthening QC.
