摘要
通过对冲击波吹灰器技术的研究和应用,成功应用于电炉第四孔除尘余热系统中,解决了电炉除尘余热系统在线清灰技术,从根本上突破了电炉除尘余热系统应用技术难点,同时拓展了冲击波吹灰器技术应用范围。该系统成功的应用,取得了可观的经济效益和良好的社会效益,在国内外电炉炼钢发展完善循环经济中,具有广泛的推广价值。
The shock wave ash blowing technique was successfully utilized in the dust cleaning waste heat system of the E. A. F. fourth aperture, solving the problem of online dust cleaning in the E. A. F. dust cleaning waste heat system, radically making a breakthrough in applied technologies in this respect, and at the same time widening the application range for this technology, the successful application of which saw considerable economic benefits and good social benefit, showing extensive popularizing values.
