摘要 介绍了莱钢股份有限公司棒材厂Ф12mm热轧带肋钢筋三切分轧制工艺的开发、导卫系统和活套的设计、以及调整的操作要点。同时介绍了三线切分轧后余热处理的应用情况,该技术的开发成功使小时产量提高30%以上,同时大幅度降低生产成本。 This paper introduces the development of tri-dividing rolling technique for hot-rolled ribbed steel bar (Ф12 mm) in the Bar Plant, the design of guide system and loop as well as main points in operation for adjustment. At the same time, it presents the application of waste heat after three-dividing rolling, the successful development of which saw an increase of more than 30% in output per hour and a considerable reduction in production cost.
