腔内激光术结合高位结扎治疗大隐静脉曲张74例临床报告

The report of endovenous laser combined with high ligation treatment of varicose veins

目的探讨腔内激光术结合高位结扎治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效。方法下肢静脉曲张71例94条腿,全部在硬膜外麻醉下行高位结扎静脉主干和曲张静脉团激光治疗。结果随访2～18个月,所有患者均恢复正常生活和工作,无1例复发。结论腔内激光术结合高位结扎治疗大隐静脉曲张效果确切,微创伤,恢复快,达到美腿效果。

Objective To explore effectiveness of endovenous laser combined with high ligation treatment of varicose veins. Methods 71 patients with varicose veins of lower extremity （94 legs） were treated with endovenous laser combined with high ligation in the epidural anesthesia. Results During the follow-up period of 2 ～ 18 months, all patients resumed a normal life and work, with no reeurrenee. Conclusion The endovenous laser combined with high ligation treatment of varicose veins can achieve effect of precise, minimally invasive, quick recovery, achieving leg beauty effect.
