摘要
目的研究阑尾黏液囊肿的彩色超声多普勒(CDFI)表现,提高对该病的认识和诊断水平。方法回顾性分析在我院经手术病理证实的6例阑尾黏液囊肿的超声表现。结果6例患者均为右下腹肿物。长径7～13.6cm,宽径3.3～5.5cm。其中5例诊断为阑尾黏液囊肿,1例超声误诊断为右卵巢肿物。彩色超声显示无血流显示4例,部分肿块壁上可见少量血流信号2例。结论彩色超声是阑尾黏液囊肿术前诊断及与其他病变鉴别的重要检查手段,是诊断阑尾黏液囊肿重要的检查方法。
Objective To study the imaging character of appendical mucous cyst with color Doppler ultrasound. Methods Retrospectively evaluating the ultrasound scan image of 6 cases of appendieal mucous cyst proved by pathology examination. Results 6 cases were shown with mass located at the low-right abdomen with long diameter of 7 - 13.6 cm, narrow diameter 3.5 ～ 5.5 cm. 5 cases were diagnosed as appendical mucous cyst, 1 misdiagnosed as right ovary swell. Color Doppler ultrasound image showed no blood in 4 cases and low blood in 2 cases. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is helpful to pre-operation diagnosis and differential diagnosis, being an optimal measure of diagnosing appendical mucous cyst.
