用于LTCF工艺的低温烧结M型Ba铁氧体的显微结构与电磁特性 被引量:3

The Microstructure and Electromagnetic Properties of Low-temperature Sintered M-type BaFe_(12)O_(19) Ferrite for LTCF Technology

摘要 首先用机械球磨法、以Bi2O3为助烧剂制备了低温烧结M型钡铁氧体(BaFe12O19),结合相结构和显微形貌分析研究了添加量对低温烧结钡铁氧体结构与性能的影响。在一次球磨6h、预烧温度1100℃、Bi2O3掺杂量为3wt%、二次球磨9h、900℃烧结后制得了不同参数的M型铁氧体材料。然后采用上述工艺初步研究了低温烧结的ZnTi和CoTi取代的M型钡铁氧体的性能。 Low temperature sintered M-type BaFe12O19 were prepared by mechanical ball milling method, and using BiaO3 as assisted sintering agent. The effect of Bi2O3 on the microstructure and performance were studied using XRD, SEM and TEM. The Ba ferrite material was prepared on the conditions of first milling of 6h, calcining at 1100℃, adding 3.0wt% Bi2O3, second milling of 9h, sintering at 900℃. Then, low-temperature sintered ZnTi- and CoTi-substituted barium ferrites were also studied by adopting the technique described before.
