摘要
通过化验和实验的方法,对永磁铁氧体磨料用四种不同水质进行了综合分析,发现不同的水质对产品磁性能有显著影响。分析发现:不同水质中Ca、Mg等杂质离子含量不同,这些差异影响了产品的磁性能。根据这一结果,对不同的材料选择不同的磨料用水,对生产具有积极意义。
Through the assay and test method, we analyze the four kinds of water property for the ferrite ball milling and find that the ball milling water property have notable influence on the magnetic properties of permanent ferrite material. The experiments showed that different water has different content of the nonmagnetic Ca and Mg element and affects the magnetic properties of the permanent ferrite material. As a result, different ball milling water can be selected for different grade material.
