行业高职院校“链化—集聚式”专业建设模式研究

Research on "Chain-Concentration-Style" Professional Building Model in Industry Higher Vocational Colleges

专业是高职院校具体实施人才培养工作的载体。如何设置专业，设置什么样的专业是高职院校生存与发展需要解决的一个重要问题。本文主要结合广东交通职业技术学院专业建设的实践，介绍一种适用于具有浓郁行业特色的高职院校的专业建设模式——“链化—集聚式”模式，对其内涵、意义、设置过程和需要注意的重点问题进行了一些探索．并对其实施成效作出了总结。

Specialty is the carrier to implement concretely the talent training in vocational institutions, how to set up specialties is an important issue of the survival and development of higher vocational colleges. this paper, combining with the professional building of Guangdong Traffic Vocational and Technical College, introduces a 'Chain of - concentration-style' model with strong characteristics which is suitable for professional building of Industry Higher Vocational Colleges. This paper explores its connotation, significance, setting -up process and a number of key issues, and makes a summary to the effectiveness of their implementation.
