论高等职业教育专业建设与区域产业发展的衔接与融合

On Professional Construction of Higher Vocational Education and the Convergence and Integration of Regional Industrial Development

高等职业教育专业建设与区域产业发展的衔接与融合，是高职教育与区域经济协调发展的重要环节。本文基于高职院校主体的视角，从三个层面对此展开了探讨，即专业设置与产业结构和产业用人需求状况的衔接，课程建设、实践教学和“双师”型教师队伍建设与产业发展的衔接与融合，专业评估与产业发展要求的吻合。

The professional building of Higher Vocational Education and the convergence and integration of regional industrial development is an important link in the vocational education and regional economic coordinated development. Based on the main perspective of higher vocational colleges, this paper begins to explore from the following three levels:the convergence of professional settings, the industrial structure and employment needs of industrial situation; course construction, teaching practice and the convergence and integration of 'dual-qualification ' teaching staff and industry the development; the agreement of professional assessment and industrial development requirements.
