在基础教育改革的大背景下，思考《小学语文教学法》课程教学内容与教学形式的改革思路，即“教什么”与“怎么教”的问题。本文认为在教学内容上应教给学生科学的教学理念、常用的教学策略、细致的小学语文教材分析方法、相关的语文基础知识，以使学生形成基本的语文教学技能；在教学形式上则当贯穿“一宗旨、三层次、五结合、七行为”的教学整体设计思路。
