中职校长创新能力刍议

A Humble Opinion on Innovation Capability of Principals in Middle Vocational Schools

创新能力是当代校长的必备素质，是校长能力结构的最高层次。作为中职校长，在大力推进创新教育的背景下，培养创新能力具有极为重要的意义。本文在具体分析了中职校长创新能力素质构成的基础上，提出了创新能力培养的具体措施。

The innovation capability is indispensable quality of contemporary principals, it is the highest level of the principals’ capacity structure. As middle school principals, it is of great importance for them to foster innovative ability in the background of promoting innovative education vigorously. This paper , based on a detailed analysis of the quality composition of principals’ innovative ability , puts forward specific measures of an innovative capacity-building.
