摘要
目的观察毛茛总苷抗炎、镇痛作用。方法采用小鼠热板法和扭体法实验观察镇痛作用;用二甲苯诱导小鼠耳廓肿胀和角叉菜胶诱导大鼠足肿胀实验模型观察抗炎作用。结果200,400,800 mg.kg-1毛茛总苷能显著减小二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳廓肿胀程度,抑制由55℃热板刺激诱导的小鼠疼痛反应和醋酸刺激引起小鼠腹腔疼痛反应,效应具有浓度依赖性;200,400 mg.kg-1毛茛总苷明显抑制角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠足肿胀。结论毛茛总苷具有显著的抗炎、镇痛作用。
Objective To study the anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects of total glycosides of Ranunculus japonicus. Meth- ods Hot - plate and body - contortion methods were used to observe the analgesic effects. Dimethyl benzene - induced auris swelling model in mice and carrageen - induced feet swelling model in rats were established to observe the anti - inflammatory effects. Results Total glycosides of Ranunculu~ japonicus at different doses (200, 400,800 mg ~ kg-' )could markedly inhibit dimethyl benzene -induced ear swelling in mice,relieve pain response of mice induced by 55~C hot -plate and acetic acid situ- mulation in mice abdominal cavity,with dose dependence; total glycosides of Ranunculus japonicus (400, 800 mg ~ kg-l) could also significantly inhibit carrageen - induced feet swelling in rats. Conclusion Total glycosides of Ranunculus japonicus has obvi- ous anti -inflammatory and analgesic effects.
