摘要
目的观察参归软肝胶囊(SGR)对脾虚小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法通过腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬实验及淋巴细胞转化实验[使用脾虚型小鼠以刀豆素(ConA)或脂多糖(LPS)作诱导剂,通过体内给药,体外实验的方法]测定SGR对脾虚小鼠非特异性的吞噬细胞功能及特异性的细胞免疫、体液免疫功能的影响。结果给脾虚小鼠灌服受试药,能明显提高其腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力和T、B淋巴细胞增殖反应(P<0.05)。结论参归软肝胶囊能提高脾虚小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬能力、细胞免疫及体液免疫的功能。
Objective To study the effects of SGR capsule on immunity function of spleen - deficient mice. Methods The spleen - deficient mice model was induced by ConA and LPS. The engulfing test of abdominal phagocyte and the transform test of lym- phocytes were adopted to observe the effects of the capsule on the multiplication rate of T, B lymphocytes in vitro. Results After fed with medicine, the engulfing of abdominal phagocytic cells and the multiplication rate of T, B lymphocytes were increased markedly（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion SGR capsule can improve the functions of nonspecific immunity, cellular immunity and humoral immunity of the spleen- deficient mice.
