摘要
目的为茜草炭炮制工艺的优化提供依据。方法用传统方法对茜草进行炒炭,计算得率,并以凝血时间为指标,对其主要影响因素进行量化,通过正交实验对各主要因素进行考察,最终得出优化工艺。结果通过蒙药专家对炮制品性状的鉴定和药效实验验证,最终确定出优化工艺:温度为220~260℃,时间为12~17min,粒度2~5mm。结论以凝血时间为指标进行的正交实验规范化了炮制工艺。
Objective To provide the basis of the technological standardization of Rubia cordifolia L. Methods Based on the traditional preparation technology, the Rubia cordifolia L. was carbonized and the yield was calculated, with time as index each influencing factor was tested through orthogonal design, and the technology was optimized. Results The optimized preparation technology was as follows: temperature was 220 - 260℃, time was 12 - 17 min, and granular was 2 - 5 mms. Conclusion - Orthogonal experiment standardized the traditional preparation technology.
