水龙骨体外抗肝癌作用研究

Study on Antihepatocarcinoma Property of Polypodiodes niponica in vitro

目的研究水龙骨对人肝癌细胞株HepG2、SMMC-7721的生长增殖抑制作用。方法制备水龙骨含药血清,用MTT法观察细胞增殖情况。结果水龙骨含药血清在体外对人肝癌细胞株HepG2、SMMC-7721均有抑制作用,对HepG2的最高抑制率为87.4%,对SMMC-7721的最高抑制率为85.9%,抑制肝癌细胞的效果优于含5-氟尿嘧啶血清。结论水龙骨对肝癌细胞的体外增殖有明显的抑制作用。

Objective To observe the inhibitory action of Polypodiodes niponica on the proliferation of HCC cell line HepG2, SMMC -7721 in vitro. Methods The serologic pharmacological method and MTT assay were used. Results Polypodiodes niponi- ca had some inhibitory effect on tumor cell proliferation in vitro. The proliferation of HepG2 ,SMMC -7721 cells was obviously in- hibited after being treated with Polypodiodes niponica. The highest inhibitory rate on HepG2 was 87.4% and that of SMMC -7721 was 85.9%. Conclusion Polypodiodes niponica has obvious effect of inhibiting the proliferatory of HCC cell line.
