摘要
目的对盐酸青藤碱外敷贴散进行24 h体外释放测定及其释药规律的研究。方法应用体外透皮吸收实验仪模拟体内环境进行盐酸青藤碱外敷贴散的体外释放实验,并用高效液相色谱仪测定释放量。结果研究表明盐酸青藤碱外敷贴散在初期释放速率恒定,中期随时间释放速率减小,后期随时间增加释放速率变化不大。12 h内符合H iguch i方程,此方程为Q=3.0826T1/2-2.1479,r=0.982。结论盐酸青藤碱外敷贴散释放性好,并在12 h达到释药平衡。
Objective To determine the 24h release in vitro of sinomcnine external application sticking powder and to study its rules. Methods By simulating the in vivo environment using vitro percutaneous absorption equipment, the vitro releasing experi- ment of sinomenine external application sticking powder was conducted, and the releasing rate was determined by high - perform- ance liquid chromatography. Results The releasing rate of sinomenine external application sticking powder kept constantly in the initial stage, releasing rate decreased with the time in the middle stage, and the releasing rate changed little in the latter stage. It comformed the Highchi Equation in 12 h, and the equation was Q = 3. 082 6 T^1/2 - 2. 147 9 ,r = 0.982. Conclusion The release property of sinomenine external application sticking powder is good and reaches the drug releasing equilibrium in 12 h.
