酸枣叶提取物对中枢神经系统作用的实验研究

Effect of Ziziphus jujube Leaf Extract on the Central Nervous System

目的观察酸枣叶提取物对中枢神经系统作用。方法考察酸枣叶提取物对小鼠自主活动的影响、对延长戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时间、对阈下巴比妥钠的睡眠协同作用以及对苯丙胺中枢兴奋作用的影响。结果酸枣叶提取物可对小鼠自主活动呈明显抑制作用,延长戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时间,增加巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠发生率和缩短巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠潜伏期。抑制苯丙胺的中枢兴奋作用。结论酸枣叶提取物有明显的镇静、安神作用。

Objective To study the pharmacological effects of the Ziziphus jujube leaf extract on central nervous system. Methods The pharmacological effects of the Ziziphus jujube leaf extract on the autonomic activities of mice, the time of sleep induced by pentobarbital sodium, the sleeping synergistic action of mice with barbital sodium at sub - threshold and hypnotic dosages and the central inhibitory effects in mice induced by amphetamine were investigated. Results The Ziziphus jujube leaf extract could inhibit autonomic activities of the mice, prolong the sleep time induced by pentobarbital sodium, enhance the rate of falling asleep in- duced by barbital sodium and inhibit the central stimulating effects induced by amphetamine. Conclusion The Ziziphus jujube leaf extract has significant sedative and anti -hyperspasmia effects.
