脑心通和通心络对无症状心肌缺血的影响

Effects of Naoxintong Capsule and Tongxinluo Capsule on Silent Myocardial Ischemia

目的观察脑心通胶囊和通心络胶囊治疗冠心病无症状心肌缺血的疗效及其对血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响。方法将72例冠心病无症状心肌缺血的病人分为3组。脑心通组24例在常规药物治疗基础上加用脑心通胶囊治疗,通心络组24例在常规药物治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊治疗;对照组24例仅用常规药物治疗;治疗前后进行动态心电图及彩色多普勒超声检测,对缺血及血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的相关指标作对比观察。结果3组治疗8周后,ST段压低伴有症状的次数及其持续时间与无症状的ST段压低及其持续时间均有明显减少及缩短,与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后与对照组比较也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。脑心通、通心络组治疗后血管内皮依赖性舒张功能指标明显改善(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01),脑心通与通心络组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑心通胶囊和通心络胶囊对冠心病无症状心肌缺血有显著疗效,能改善血管内皮依赖性舒张功能,脑心通胶囊疗效优于通心络胶囊。

Objective To study the effect of Naoxintong capsule and Tongxinluo eapsule on silent myocardial ischemic and endo- thelium - dependent dilation function in coronary heart disease. Methods Seventy - two cases with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into 3 groups： Naoxintong group （n = 24） treated with Naoxintong capsule and Tongxinluo group （n = 24） trea- ted with Tongxinluo capsule; blank control group（ n = 24）treated with conventional of medicine coronary disease. The changes of silent myocardial ischemica were observed by dynamic electrocardiogram and endothelium - dependent dilation function by Doppler ultrasound before and after treatment. Results Frequency and lasted time of symptomatic and asymptomatic myocardial ischemia were decreased significantly in three groups （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 respectively） after therapy for 8 weeks, but it decreased more significantly in Anoxintong group and Tongxinluo group than blank control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Endothelium -dependent dilation function parameter was improved in the Naoxintong group and Tongxinluo group after treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）, it was better than that in blank control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）, but Naoxintong group was better than Tongxinluo group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Naoxintong capsule and Tongxinluo eapsule are effective on silent myocardial ischemia and endothelium - dependent dilation function in coro- nary heart disease, and Anoxintong capsule is superior to Tongxinlvo capsule.
