基于Canny算法的啤酒空瓶杂质检测方法 被引量:5

摘要 通过利用CCD传感器获取啤酒空瓶图像,对图像进行预处理,用最大类间方差法确定Canny算法的门限值,能够实现基于Canny算法的啤酒空瓶杂质检测。把Canny算法引入到啤酒空瓶杂质检测过程中,并结合试验验证了杂质检测的可行性。利用Canny算法提高了杂质检测的准确性,有助于啤酒瓶在线自动检测的进一步发展。 Detection of empty beer bottle impurity was realized based on Canny algorithm, by using CCD sensor to obtain the image of empty bottle, pretreating the image, and calculating the threshold of the Canny algorithm with Otsu algorithm. Canny algorithm was introduced into the detection process of empty beer bottle's impurity, and the detection method was validated by experiment. It was concluded that Canny algorithm can enhance the veracity of impurity detection, and redound to the development of beer bottle's on -line automatic detection.
