长江经济带大都市圈发展格局与竞争力分析

An analysis of the developmental structure and competence of Metropolitan Economic Circle of Yangtze Economic Zone

伴随着地区工业化、经济现代化和区域基础设施的完善,一些大城市迅速崛起,城市空间急剧扩张,城乡日益交融,显现出连绵成片、跨界发展的都市圈。长江经济带是我国一级流域经济带,城市化和工业化进程的加速刺激了大都市圈不断发展而成为长江经济带的重要增长极,有力地促进了长江经济带上中下游和我国东中西部地区的协调发展。进一步促进长江经济带大都市圈协调发展还需要注意提升首位城市能级,增强都市圈城市集聚力;调整产业结构,进一步提升产业竞争力和推进体制机制创新;提高区域统筹能力。

With regional industrialization, economic modernization and consummation of basic infrastructure, some metropolises have grown up, the space of cities has rapidly expanded, urban areas and rural areas have become integrated, continuous developmental zones and metropolitan regions that expand into neighboring regions have appeared. The Yangtze River Economic Zone is at the high- est level in China, which promotes coordinated-development between upper reaches, middle reaches and lower reaches of Yangtze River and between east part and west part. Based on well-known eight metropolitan economic circles of Yangtze Economic Zone, this paper analyzes evolution situation and comprehensive competence of China＇s metropolitan economic circles and interaction relation between the development of economic zones and metropolitan economic circles, holds that further promotion of the coordinated-devel- opment of metropolitan economic circles of economic zones needs to promote the first city rank, to enhance agglomeration force of the cities in the metropolitan economic circles, to adjust industrial structure, to further upgrade industrial competence, to carry out system and mechanism innovation and to promote regional overall coordinating ability.
