当前我国大学生就业情况十分严峻,就业难现象成为不争的事实。要缓解大学生就业压力,政府应采取政策措施宏观调控,高校保证教育教学质量、加强就业指导,全社会开辟多种就业渠道、形成就业市场调节就业,大学生积极自主就业等。只有多管齐下,形成合力,高校毕业生才能顺利就业。
