摘要
经过对沿海发电厂用海水排放的废料-粉煤灰(简称海排灰)进行了盐分、烧矢量试验,并与水泥、碎石混合做成路面二灰碎石基层,重点研究了海排灰中含盐量对基层材料的强度和路用性能产生的影响。经过对路面基层进行物理力学等试验,数据表明均符合现行路面规范设计要求。利用海排灰修建路面基层,属废料利用,即可节省工程造价,又可减少环境污染。
Through test of salt and loss of ignition in waste - fly - ash ( abreviation - fly ash charged by sea) discharded by coastal power plant, and mixing the tested fly ash with cement - macadam into the lime - fly ash macadam base of pavement. Then research centres on influence of salt content in fly ash charged by sea on base materi- als's strength and road usage performance. Trial of physical mechanics of pavement base and obtained data show conforming all the requirements for pavement design specification. To utilize fly ash discharged by sea to build pavement base belongs to use of waste. It can both save engineering cost and reduce pollution of environment.
