绝经期综合征血管舒缩功能失调病因病机探讨

绝经期综合征血管舒缩功能失调导致的潮热、汗出是最常见且最有特征性的绝经期症状,肾虚是其主要病机;营卫失调,少阳枢机不利是潮热、汗出的重要机制。临床辨证分型为肾阴虚证,肾阴阳俱虚证,营卫失调、经气不利证。治疗宜滋养肾阴,佐以潜阳敛汗,阴阳双补,调和营卫,疏利三焦,以达到"观其脉证,知犯何逆,随证治之"的目的。

Hectic fever and sweating caused by vasomotor dysfunction is the most common and characteristic syndrome of perimenopausal period syndrome （PPS）. Deficiency of kidney is the main pathogenesis, and incoordination between nutrent Qi and defensive Qi and adverseness of Shaoyang cardinal is the crucial mechanism for hectic fever and sweating. The classification of PPS include syndrome of deficiency of kid- ney-Yin, syndrome of deficiency of both Yin and Yang of kidney, syndrome of disharmony between nutrient Qi and defensive Qi and disorder of meridian-Qi. The different therapertic methods include nourishing kid- ney-Yin combined with suppressing hyperactive Yang and calming down the floating Yang for arresting sweatinging,harmonizing Yin and Yang,promoting flow Sanjiao. The methods can treat based on pulse and syndrome.
