摘要
目的探讨户外自行车运动对大学生情绪的影响,为促进大学生心理健康成长探索有效的方法。方法采用情绪状态量表(POMS)对36名参加户外自行车运动的大学生在运动前后进行5次测试,并选用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)为辅助测量工具,研究大学生运动前、中、后的情绪改变情况。结果参加户外自行车运动后,各组大学生消极情绪状态分值显著降低,积极情绪状态分值显著升高,参加运动前后各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。以短期效应为主,长期效应不明显。结论户外自行车运动在短时期内能有效地改善大学生的情绪,增进大学生的心理健康。
Objective To explore the effect of outdoor bicycle exercise on the mood of college students, and to explore the effective methods for promoting undergraduates' mental heath. Methods Totally 36 college students attended the outdoors bicycle exercises were tested for five times mainly by Profile of Mood States(POMS) before and after exercise. Self-rating depression scale(SDS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) were also applied. Results After out door bicycle exercise, the score of negative mood reduced and the score of positive mood increased, and statistical significant difference was found in each group before or after the exercise(P〈0.01). The effectiveness was mainly short-tem.Conclusion Outdoor exercise can improve the mood and the mental healthy of college students in short time.
