摘要
目的比较浙江省中学生应激源状况减负7a前后的变化情况,为制定有效的心理干预措施提供理论依据。方法采用中学生应激源量表,评估2007年浙江省中学生的应激源状况,并与7a前所测浙江省7所中学学生的结果进行比较。结果减负后,除初一、初二年级外,其他各年级学生的压力都有所减轻;女生的身心压力增加。减负后,属于教师压力的2个条目退出主要应激事件的前10位,属于自我身心压力的2个条目进入前10位。除自我身心压力外,其他各类压力在不同年级间存在差异,各项压力都以初二年级最高。各年级学生占前3位的都是学习压力、身心压力和朋友压力。学习压力虽然仍居应激源的第1位,但除了初一、初二年级外都有下降。结论减负取得了一定的成效。中学生压力减轻工作可以从学习、个性培养、人际关系等方面着手。
Objective To compare the stressor status before and after burden-reducing for seven years among middle school students in Zhejiang Province, and to provide theoretical evidence for mental intervention measures. Methods The Scale of Stressors for Middle School Students was used to evaluate the stressors of middle school students in Zhejiang Province in 2007. The data were compared with those from the previous study using the same scale in Zhejiang Province seven years ago. Results After the burden-reducing, except for the grade one and two in junior school, the stressors were reduced in both junior and senior schools. However, the scores of self physical and mental stressors increased in girls. After burden reducing, two items belonging to the stress from the teachers were not in the top 10 stressful events, but other two items belonging to stress from self became in the top 10. Except the self stress, the scores of stress differed in different grades with the highest scores in grade two in junior school. The top three stressors for each grade were the stress from study, self and peers. Although study stress was still the biggest for each grade, the decreased with statistical significance except in grade one and two in junior school. Conclusion The burden-reducing policy have effects in some extent. In order to reduce stress in middle school students, efforts should be made in three aspects, such as study pressure, personality and inter-personal relationship.
