小学生伤害回顾性调查中自我报告偏倚分析

摘要 目的了解小学生伤害回顾性调查中自我报告偏倚的程度,为探寻相对经济且真实的伤害调查方法提供依据。方法选取南昌市新建县某小学的部分班级小学生1681名为调查对象,在伤害发生的3d内受伤学生第1次填写伤害调查表,6个月后第2次填写,对2次填写问卷进行比较。结果小学生是否受伤害、伤害是有意造成的还是无意造成的、伤害种类、伤害地点和伤害部位共5个问题回答不一致率分别为17.7%,21.9%,44.2%,19.9%和22.2%。结论采用回顾性自我报告方式调查小学生伤害情况存在回忆偏倚。 Objective To identify retrospective self-report biases in the injury investigation of primary school students, and to provide bases for the investigation method. Methods Totally 1 681 students were chosen from Xinjian County in Nanchang. Compared with questionnaire filled out by the same group in different times, first in the injury occurred within three days, second after six months. Results The rate of inconsistent answers about five questions such as whether be wounded, the injury was caused deliberately or unintentionally, kinds of injury, spots of injury and injury position was 17.7%, 21.9%, 44.2%, 19.9% and 22.2%, respectively. Conclusion There are retrospective self-report biases in the injury investigation among primary students.
