师范专科生核心自我评价与心理健康状况的关系 被引量:20

Relationship Between Core-self Evaluation and Mental Health of Normal School Students

摘要 目的了解师范专科学生核心自我评价与心理健康状况的关系,为开展相关咨询干预研究提供依据。方法采用核心自我评价量表(CSES)和症状自评量表(SCL-90),对贵州省1689名师范专科学生进行调查。结果男生核心自我评价得分(3.45±0.62)高于女生(3.24±0.60,P<0.01),一年级新生(3.42±0.60)高于二、三年级学生(3.25±0.63,3.31±0.57)(P<0.01);核心自我评价与SCL-90总均分存在负相关(r=-0.51,P<0.01),且对SCL-90总均分回归显著(β=-0.50,P<0.01)。结论师范专科学生核心自我评价与心理健康状况密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between core self-evaluations and mental health of normal school students, and to provide evidence for school psychological counseling. Methods One thousand eight hundred normal school students were investigated by using SCL - 90 and Core Self-Evaluations Scale. Results At the core-serf evaluations aspect, male students scored higher than female ( 3.45 ± 0.62 vs. 3.24 ± 0.60, P 〈 0.01 ) ; freshmen ( 3.42 ± 0.60 ) scored higher than sophomore and junior (3.25±0. 63, 3.31± 0.57, P 〈 0.01 ). There were negatively correlations between core-self evaluations and SCL - 90 scores ( r = - 0.51, P 〈 0.01 ) , and the core-self evaluations could forecast SCL - 90 scores (β = - 0.50, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion There is significant correlation between core-self evaluation and mental health condition.
