摘要
目的讨论团体咨询对大学生自我意识和人际关系的改善效果,为大学生心理干预方法的研究提供有益的思路和方法。方法使用Meta分析,纳入的研究中必须包括SES、PEI、SAD、IAS问卷的前测、后测数据。结果团体咨询后大学生自尊和自我评价分数显著提高,团体咨询后大学生的社交回避、社交苦恼以及交往焦虑分数显著降低。结论团体咨询可以有效改善大学生的自我意识和人际关系。
Objective To discuss the effect of group counseling towards university students' self-conscious and interpersonal relationship, and to provide method for psychological intervention. Methods Meta-analysis was applied, and reliable data of pretest and posttest of SES, PEI, SAD and IAS were included. Results After group counseling,the students scored higher in self-evaluation,but scored lower in social avoidance,social distress and interation anxiety. Conclusion Group counseling could significantly improve university students' self-conscious and interpersonal relationship.
