GDP增长9．0％工业增加值增长12．9％全社会用电量增长5．23％ 2008年全年国内生产总值300670亿元，比上年增长9．0％，全年规模以上工业增加值比上年增长12．9％，增速比上年回落5．6个百分点。按照类型看，全年全社会固定资产投资172291亿元，比上年增长25．5％，增速比上年加快0．7个百分点；

GDP growth of 9.0% The industrial added value increased by 12.9% The electricity consumption of whole society increased by 5.23% The GDP of 2008 was 300670 billion Yuan,increased by 9.0% compared with the year 2007.The industrial added value increased by 12.9%,and the growth rate was somewhat lower that that of last year 5.6%.In accordance with the category, the completed investment in fixed assets of the country in 2008 was 172291 billion Yuan,representing an increase of 25.5%over the previous year,and 0.7% higher in growth rate than that of last year.The total retail sales of consumer goods reached a increase of 21.6%over the last year,and 4.8%higher in growth rate.In 2008,China's overall import and export volume reached US$25616,or an increase of 17.8%over that of the previous year.Over the same period, China's electric power demand has obviously weakened,and the number was 3426.8 billion KWH,an increase of 5.23%over the last year,but lower 9.57% than last year in growth rate.Among them,the country's industrial electricity consumption grew 3.65 percent,lower than 27.93 percent over the previous year. CPI increased by 1.2% The index of ex-factory price of manufactured goods decreased by 1.1%. The consumer price index(CPI) of 2008 full-year rose 5.9%,or higher than the previous year by 1.1%,and in December rose 1.2%year-on-year. Among them,the CPI of urban residents rose by 5.6%,while that of rural residents increased by 6.5%.In accordance with the category,food prices rose 14.3%t, pulling the overall price level 4.65%, and living price rose 5.5%,driving the overall price level 0.82%points.Other types of commodity price inflation has had its ups and downs.Factory prices of industrial products(PPI) rose 6.9% over the previous year,in December fell 1.1%,a record after 1.9%in April 2006 from the 32 months,but a increase 3.8% throughout the year than the previous year.In addition,raw materials,fuel and power purchase prices rose 10.5%,or higher than the previous year 6.1%.
