摘要
目的探讨桂皮醛对根尖周组织炎症的影响,为开发桂皮醛作为根管消毒药提供实验依据。方法用80只Wistar大鼠建立根尖周炎模型,随机分为4组,桂皮醛组25只,甲醛甲酚组25只,生理盐水组25只,对照组5只。病理组织切片观察大鼠根尖周组织病理变化。结果根尖周组织炎症:桂皮醛和甲醛甲酚组显著减轻(P<0.05),生理盐水组无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论桂皮醛能有效地减轻根尖周组织炎症。
Objective To discuss the effect of cinnarnal on periapical periodontitis, and to provide the information for cinnamal as the root canal disinfectant. Methods Periapical periodontitis model was established by dividing 80 Wistar rats into cinnamal group (n=25), formaldehyde cresol group (n=25), sodium chloride group (n=25), and control group (n=5) randomly. The pathological change in periapex were observed through histopathologic slide. Result The periapical perindontitis were relieved in cinnamal group and formaldehyde cresol group (P〈0.05), and there was no significant change in sodium chloride group (P〉0.05). Conclusion Periapical periodontitis could be relieved effectively by cinnamal.
