牵引推拿并电针理疗治疗LDH疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of traction manipulation and electroacupuncture on LDH

目的观察牵引推拿并电针理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症(以下简称LDH)的治疗效果,探讨LDH中西医保守疗法的综合运用模式。方法采用牵引推拿和电针理疗综合方法,对50例LDH患者进行治疗观察,并以单纯牵引推拿组及电针理疗组各50例作对照,治疗结束时评定疗效,统计数据经Ridit分析法处理。结果综合治疗组治愈显效率86%,总有效率98%;牵引推拿组分别为68%、94%;电针理疗组分别为62%、90%。综合治疗组明显优于两对照组(χ2=14.93,P<0.01)。结论牵引推拿并电针理疗综合运用治疗LDH能显著提高治疗效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traction manipulatio and Electroacupuncture on Lumbar disc＂herniation （LDH）,and to explore the treatment model of conservative treatment of Chinese combined with western medicine for LDH.Methods 50 cases of LDH patients were treated by traction manipulation combined with electroacupuncture,and the other 50 cases of patients were treated by traction manipulation or electroacupuncture respectively.The results were analyzed using Ridit.Results Cure rate in combined treatment group was 86% （98% of total cure rate）,with Traction and massage group of 68%（94%） and Electro-acupuncture therapy group of 62% （90%）.The results in combined treatment group were significantly better than in control group（ X 2=-14.93, P〈0.01）.Conclusion Therapeutic effect could be improved significantly by traction manipulation combined with electroacupuncture, and combined treatment posses a significant clinical value.
