共同富裕思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,它是从我国国情出发,总结我国社会主义建设的历史经验,在新时期改革开放的实践中提出的。"允许一部分人先富起来"使得社会贫富差距呈扩大之势,这是共同富裕这个动态、渐进过程中的必然结果,新一代中央领导集体继承并发扬小平的"共富"理论,提出"初次分配和再分配都要处理好效率和公平的关系,再分配更加注重公平",这是邓小平共同富裕思想的延伸和发展,是一脉相承的,又是与时俱进的。

The thought of common prosperity is an important component of Dang Xiaoping＇s Theory, and it was raised according to China＇ s national conditions, by summing up historical experience of China＇ s socialist construction, in the new period of reform and opening up practice. The idea of ＂Allowing some people get rich first＂ has made the .social gap between rich and poor become an expand- ing trend, which is the inevitable result of dynamic, progressive course of common prosperity. The new generation of central collective leaderships is inheriting and carrying forward I^ng Xiaoping＇s ＂common prosperity＂ theory, putting forward the idea that ＂It is neces- sary to properly handle the relationship between the primary distribution and redistribution with effidency and equity, and pay more at- tention to equitable redistribution. ＂ This practice is an extension and development of Deng Xiaoping＇s thought of common prosperity, inherited in the same strain, and is also advancing with the times.
