教学资源库的建设是教育信息化需求,教育技术能力是信息化时代高校教师专业能力的重要组成部分。以柳州师专为例对高校教学资源库建设中的教师教育技术能力进行了初步探讨。

The construction of teaching resources is the demand for educational informationalizaion, and educational technology ability is an important component of college teachers＇ professional competence in the information age. Taking Liuzhou Teachers College as an example, this paper is to discuss preliminarily about teachers＇ educational technology ability in teaching resource pool construction.
