摘要
苏州大学附属第二医院自2005年以来先后兼并重组了苏州市第七人民医院、苏州市相城区东桥卫生院,托管了苏州高新区狮山街道社区卫生服务中心、阳山花苑社区卫生服务中心,从而形成包括三级、二级、一级医疗机构以及4个社区卫生服务中心和39个社区卫生服务站的纵向一体化医疗集团。集团贯彻"事实一家人、管理一体化、全局一盘棋、发展一条心、服务一条龙"的理念,使各成员单位在短时间内得以迅猛发展,使有限的卫生资源得以增值、增效,为社会主义市场经济体系下新的医疗服务体系的建立,为不同所属单位、不同区域、不同级别之间的医疗机构的合作、兼并与联合探索出了一条新路。
The Second Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University has merged the Suzhou City No. 7 People's Hospital, Dongqiao Hospital of Xiangcbeng District, Suzhou City and become the trustee of Sishan Community Health Center, Suzhou Hi - tee District, and Yangshan Huayuan Cmnmunity Health Center since 2005. Thus a vertical integrated medical group has taken shape consists of medical institutions of third, second and first tiers, 4 community health centers and 39 small community health stations. The Croup has put into practice the ideas of "one family, unified management, taking the group as a whole, being at one with each other in development and stream - lined service". As a result, all members of the Group have gained rapid development in not a long time, and the limited medical resources have been increased in value and play a greater role in providing better health services for the people. The hospital's exploration and practice has opened a new way not only for the cooperation, merging and integration among medical institutions of different ownership, areas and tiers, but also for the establishment of a socialist market economy and a new medical service system.
