摘要
在圆锥滚子轴承建模过程中,由于滚子的轴线与X轴的夹角和滚子在轴承内位置的不确定性带来了困难,为此需建立新的参考系统。此参考系统以轴承中心轴线为X轴,圆锥滚子轴线和轴承中心轴线的交点为圆心。在新参考系统中,PLIB标准中的实体旋转函数和UG/OPEN GRIP中的实体旋转函数相一致,极大地简化了圆锥滚子轴承的建模。开发了以PLIB标准函数为基础的圆锥滚子轴承的中性描述程序,完善了标准件库系统。
During establishing tapered roller beating model, there is a difficulty of uncertainty of the angle from tapered roller axis to X axis and the roller location in bearings. So a new WCS should be established with the X axis being beating's axis and the origin point being the intersection point of beating's axis and roller's axis. Under this new WCS, the rotation function in PLIB is in accordance with the one in UG/OPEN GRIP, therefore the modeling can be simplified. The neutral programs of tapered roller bearings are developed by using functions in PLIB, thus the library of standard parts is further improved.
