摘要
本文针对GPIB接口设备远程测试问题,介绍了通过GPIB接口设备进行网络测试的C/S网络测试结构和网关测试结构,并以NI公司GPIB-ENET/100网关适配器和Fluke 8840A数字多用表为例,叙述了利用LabVIEW程序设计语言,在网络环境下实现对GPIB接口设备控制的方法。实践证明该方法对充分开发利用现有GPIB接口设备的资源,推动GPIB接口设备实现分布式网络化测试具有广泛的借鉴价值和应用价值。
The paper mainly discussed the long-distance test of the instruments with GPIB interfaces, and introduced the test structure of the C/S and gateway as well. The paper took Fluke 8840A and GPIB-ENET/100 gateway adapter for example, introduced the control of the instrument which connected with network via GPIB bus based on the LabVIEW. The method can not only make full use of the GPIB interfaces in the instruments, but also have a great value of reference and application for the development of the distributing test on the instruments connected with network via GPIB.
