Key points of process control for medium and large fiberglass furnaces for producing direct rovings, such as molten glass level, glass melting efficiency, energy distribution, forehearth temperature, oxy-fuel combustion system, fiberizing geometry and temperature matching between the bushings and forehearths, were analyzed and controlled, resulting in higher efficiency in fiber production.
