基于效能价格的出租车合理比价研究

Reasonable Price Ratio of Taxi Based on Efficiency Price

在分析出租车合理比价研究必要性的基础上,通过对出租汽车、公交车、地铁三种交通方式的交通功能、经济效益、环境效益等实际效能进行分析,可计算得出各自效能价格及三种交通方式的效能价格比。经修正系数修正,得出三种公共交通方式合理价格比的推荐范围值,并针对比价关系管理,提出相应调控策略,对政府管理者制定及调控价格有一定的参考价值。

Based on the analysis of the necessity of researching on reasonable price ratio of taxi, the traffic function, economic benefit and environmental benefit of taxi, bus and metro are ana- lyzed, and the efficiency price ratio of three traffic means, as well as the efficiency price of each other are calculated. By the modification of coefficient, the propositional range of the reasonable price ratio of three traffic means is educed. Finally in allusion to the management of price, the control strategy is proposed, which is of some reference value for governors in instituting and controlling price.
