板底脱空是水泥混凝土路面的一种常见病害,准确、科学地识别脱空板是处治这类病害的关键。以板底脱空为研究对象,对板底脱空机理、板底脱空判别、板底压浆材料及施工要点等关键技术进行研究,采取压浆技术进行处治,具有施工工艺简单、附属设备少、施工方便等特点,对公路畅通影响较小。研究成果可以有效地指导水泥混凝土路面板底脱空处治,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Void under cement concrete pavement slab is a common disease. The key lies in recognizing the disease correctly and scientifically. Taking the void under cement concrete pavement slab as an object of study, key technologies such as the void mechanism, void detection, grouting material and construction points are studied. Grouting is taken to dispose this disease, which has such advantages as simple technique, less auxiliary equipments, convenient construction, has less negative influence towards the traffic. The research results can guide the treatment of void under cement concrete pavement slab effectively, and play an important role in the practical project.
