The Christian marriage view is reflected upon the emotion and fate of Hester, Dimmesdale and Chillingworth in the Scarlet Letter. The husbands and wives should assume the responsibilities and proceed with the obligations in the marriage. The Christian marriage is holy and indissoluble and only God is the most authoritative in the marriage.
