中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Chronical Pelvic Inflammation Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine

本研究观察了抗生素（四环素、甲硝唑），中草药（公英、紫花地丁，红藤，鱼腥草，三棱，莪术等加减），保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。将慢性盆腔炎７６例随机分成三组，中西医结合组３０例，给抗生素及中药保留灌肠治疗；西药组２０例，抗生素局部理疗治疗。中药组２６例，中草药保留灌肠加局部理疗。结果：中西医组临床症状的控制，炎性包块的软化、吸收明显优于西药组和中药组，有效率明显高于中、西药组；表明，中西压结合治疗慢性盆腔炎，是一种有效措施。

76 cases of chronical peivic inflammation was divided into 3 groups in random allocation(30 cases treat- ed by Traditional Chines Medicine combined with Western medicine, 20 with common western medicine and 26 with Chi- nese herbs). The result showed that the curative effect in the group treated by TCM combined with Western medicine was better than that in other two groups in controling symptoms and softening inflammatory pseudotumor.
