摘要
本文阐明了档案信息化的含义及内在要求,分析了当前档案信息化建设中存在的困难与问题,指出了实现档案信息化的趋势与5种途径:办公自动化、网络体系化、馆藏档案数字化、多媒体全文信息一体化及馆际交流规模化。
The signification and internal requirement of archives information and its difficulties and issues under construction were clarified and analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile the tendency and five kinds of approach to carry out archives Information were pointed out. These approaches are office automation, network systematism, digital files kept in store, the integration of multimedia and entire characters, and the dimensions of intercommunion between, respectively.
