我国新一代互联网技术的开发和使用,对于推动全社会的信息化必将产生巨大的推动作用。在这一历史条件下,高校档案工作必须对传统档案管理的观念及模式进行变革,走信息化、市场化的发展道路。对从业人员要切实解决好适应信息化和适应市场化的两个问题,实现由管理型向知识型、技术型的转变。

Our country＇s exploration and using on new generation of internet technology promote social informationization hugely. In this history condition, college archives management work should reform traditional thoughts and modes, and stepping on informationization and marketization road. We should resolve two problems adapted to it and achieve the change from manage type to knowledge and technology type.
